Sale :
The sale is held inclusive of VAT. The buyers commission is 21% excluding VAT (25.2 % including VAT). Export and VAT registered buyers may claim the VAT back both the hammer price and the buyers commission.
All indication of “hours”, “mileage” & “KM’s” as well as the information contained in the sale catalogue are given as an indication only and are in no way guaranteed.
An administration and MOT fee of 75 euros (excluding VAT) will be charged on every lot requiring an MOT.
Buyers have full access to the machines/lots during viewing. They may start the machines, inspect the machines and have them checked over by any one they like. ave will not cancel or exchange a lot after the fall of the hammer. All bids are final.
Lot collection :
No lots may be removed from the sale ground until all payments have been made.
Loading :
The sale site has a loading ramp/bay.
Loading Fees :
Please check beforehand and/or ask for quotes as to the eventuality of loading fees applicable to your purchased lot(s).

Removal of sold lots :
All lots must be removed the following day. Many of the lots are "built in" please bring tools and lifting gear.
Storage charges :
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing with ave, all lots remaining on the sale ground 48 hrs after the sale will be considered abandoned or will be subject to a storage fee of 25 euros (excluding VAT) per lot and per day for lots equal to 1m3. lots over 1m3 will be charged a storage fee of 25 euros (excluding VAT) per cubic meter.
