Lots sold without a certificate of conformity are sold "as is" and for scrap.
An administration and MOT fee of 75 euros (excluding VAT) will be charged on every lot requiring an MOT.
Buyers have full access to the machines/lots during viewing. They may start the machines, inspect the machines and have them checked over by any one they like. ave will not cancel or exchange a lot after the fall of the hammer. All bids are final.
Lot collection :
No lots may be removed from the sale ground until all payments have been made.
Storage charges :
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing with ave, all lots remaining on the sale ground 48 hrs after the sale will be considered as abandoned.
