Decision number 2004 - 495 of the 25^th of March 2004.
Relative to the licensing of a company selling chattels on a voluntary basis to the public at auctions.
The council for the sale of chattels by the means of voluntary public auctions.
Having seen the commercial law,  specifically articles L 321-4 to articles L 321-18.
Having seen the decree number 2001-650 of the 19^th of July 2001,  having taken into account articles L 321-1 to L 321-8 of the commercial law relative to the sale of chattels at voluntary public auctions
Having seen the decision number 2001-001 of the 11^th of October 2001 of the Council for the sale of chattels by the means of voluntary public auctions on the internal regulations of the same Council.
Having seen the application request made on the 27^th of February 2004 by the SAS ave for a licence tp practice.
Having heard the directors of that company.
Having heard the commissioner to the government.
Have decided that:
1^st Article
The SAS ave domiciled at number 6 rue Lionel Terray, 92506 Rueil-Malmaison Cedex is fully licensed as a company to sell chattels by the means of voluntary public auctions.
2^nd Article
Isabelle Marie-Paule PIMOR-CANGEMI is licensed to hold auction sales within the afore mentioned company.
3^rd Article
This decision will be written up in the summary of the decisions taken by the council published in the Official Journal of the French Republic and on the council’s web site www.conseildesventes.com.
