Sale :

The sale is held VAT inclusive.
All lots are sold without reserve.

Storage fees :

Unless otherwise agreed, all purchased lots not removed within 48hrs are subject to a 25 euro per day and per lot storage fee.

Handling & Lifting :
The sale ground does not have a loading bay .

Removal of sold lots :
No lots may be removed from the sale ground until all payments have been made.
All lots must be removed the same day. Many of the lots are "built in" please bring tools and lifting gear.
